Saying they want X amount of followers in a certain amount of time is okay, but it is another myth that more followers bring in business. It is definitely quality over quantity. How will the candidate attract the company’s target audience, and how will they engage with them? These questions will enable a business to determine where a Social Media Manager is at in their career, and their experience and knowledge
